(06:25) Caltrans announced 1 northbound lane of Highway 17, from Vine Hill Road to Laurel Road, will close between 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. today. The purpose of this roadwork includes painting the sound wall. Motorists should expect delays up to 30 minutes.
