Santa Cruz County deputies made three arrests for two car thefts over the weekend. The first car was stolen outside a home in live oak Sunday night. Minutes after the vehicle was reported missing it was located on Capitola Road and two suspects, Jose Luis Arroyo and a male juvenile were found inside and arrested. The same night a woman from Gilroy noticed her car missing after she got off work. In a few hours the car was located and Leonel Martinez was found inside and arrested.
