(07:45) A Pacific Grove man allegedly shot and killed a man in Oregon on Saturday. The Jackson County Sheriff’s Office reported that 50-year-old Neal Norman ran out of gas near Callahan’s Lodge around 6 a.m., walked into the kitchen with rifle and shot and killed 40 year-old Ryan Bagely. Norman then took Bagley’s car and positioned himself in the middle of the roadway facing oncoming traffic. Norman, armed with his rifle, got out of the vehicle and waited for traffic to approach. Norman reportedly shot at 49-year-old Thomas Moxon as he was driving towards him. Moxon struck and killed Norman. Criminal charges are not expected to filed against Moxon.
