(07:00) Salinas – Caltrans announced they will be Begin paving on Highway 101 this morning. The paving project will start at 9 a.m. in the right, northbound lane near Sherwood in Salinas. The northbound work is expected to last until 3:00 p.m. today. Tomorrow crews will begin paving the southbound number two lane of Highway 101 near John Street. Delays are expected around 15 minutes.
