A Federal Judge has dismissed 2 claims against Cabrillo College. Actions against the college claimed a math professor sexually harassed, and assaulted, a female student. Because of the way today’s motion was granted, it allows for the allegations to be amended and resubmitted….although that would have to be done by October 20th.
