A Watsonville man was arrested after using a bat to break windows on main street in Watsonville over the weekend. 31 year-old Peter Fermin was identified as the man who smashed the windows of 5 businesses, 2 vehicles, and the Watsonville Police Station’s large front windows. Fermin was booked into Santa Cruz County Jail on felony vandalism charges.
