(08:00) Watsonville – New video information surfaced in a case involving a Watsonville Tae Kwon Do instructor performing lewd acts upon a minor. The Watsonville Police Department arrested Nemesio Estrada-Alfaro yesterday for new charges including: Lewd acts with a minor, Oral copulation of a minor, Sex acts with a minor, and Video recording sex acts with a minor. Estrada-Alfaro was arrested in May of 2016 for similar charges including: Annoying/ Molesting a child under 18, Oral Copulation of minor, Lewd acts with a minor, and Continual sexual abuse of a child. The 3 victims in these cases were all minors and students of Estrada-Alfaro’s. He was booked into Santa Cruz County Jail without bail.
