(09:00) Marina – A Marina man has been taken into custody after a brief foot-chase on Tuesday. Rodrigo Cecenas who was pulled over for a routine traffic stop, fled the scene, and a short foot chase began into a residential area. The vehicle was determined to have been stolen and Cecenas was in posession of narcotics as well as driving with a suspended license. The suspect was booked in Monterey County Jail.
