The first phase of the Aptos Village Project is expected to be completed by Fall of 2018. The project includes 2 new roads, 4 restaurants, 15 shops, the newest new leaf market, 450 parking spaces, and 65 residences. The 12-acre lot is bounded by Soquel Drive, Trout Gulch, and Aptos Creek Roads.
