Santa Cruz County health officials have confirmed the presence of the West Nile Virus in Santa Cruz. The confirmation came after a crow recovered near Morrissey Boulevard and Soquel Avenue tested positive for the virus. At this time three humans have tested positive for West Nile throughout the state.
