Witnesses are still being sought for a vehicle versus pedestrian hit-and-run that took place in Salinas earlier this month. 17 year-old Salinas High School Student William Vasquez Hernandez is still in the intensive care unit in an area hospital…..after being hit at the intersection of North Davis Road and Larkin Street at 12:46 p.m. June 17th. Anyone who witnessed the incident, or knows anything about the driver (or vehicle) involved, is encouraged to contact the Salinas Police Department.
