(11:15)SANTA CRUZ- A reverse traffic flow bike lane has added to Pacific Street in downtown Santa Cruz. The street which is designated one way for motor vehicle traffic, now has a green lane marked for reverse flow bicycle traffic. The lane is an effort to improve traffic safety for all modes of transportation.
