(17:20) SCOTTS VALLEY- A Scotts Valley man has been arrested on felony D-U-I charges. The California Highway Patrol is reporting that 23 year old Alton Thomas was driving under the influence when he crossed into oncoming traffic causing a head on collision on Mount Hermon Road in Felton Wednesday night.
