Santa Cruz Police Chief Kevin Vogel has retired, and it looks as though the new Santa Cruz Police Chief WILL BE Andy Mills. Mills is currently the Chief Of Police for Eureka in northern California. If all goes as planned, Mills expects to begin his new job in August.
