(10:15) Santa Cruz County – Capitola police have identified two of the four women accused of stealing lingerie from Victoria’s Secret in Capitola Mall on Monday. 20 year-old Jaelonda Burns, of Oakland, and 18 year-old Antonique Watkins, of Union City, and two 17 year-old girls were arrested on burglary charges. Burns, who led police officers on a high speed chase through Santa Cruz County, was also charged with felony evading. Burns and Watkins were released from custody yesterday (Tuesday) afternoon.
