The 12 year-old King City girl, who posted a recent threat that she was going to “shoot down the school” on Instagram, won’t face charges. The King City Police Chief said the girl will probably serve probation, but not be incarcerated….because she realized what a bad mistake it was (and took the post down almost immediately)….and was remorseful.
