A man was fatally injured, and another man received moderate injuries in an automobile accident Monday evening. The accident happened on Skyline Boulevard just North of Highway 9 near the Santa Clara and Santa Cruz County line. Both men are from Modesto. The California Highway Patrol says the driver was driving at a high rate of speed and lost control of his “sports car.”
