A training exercise took place underwater today. Members of the Monterey County’s Sheriff’s Office, the Coast Guard, and the San Francisco Division of the F-B-I dove into the Monterey Bay to determine how to investigate an underwater crime scene. The exercise is part of those officers preparing for possible underwater attacks.
