(09:45) Salinas – The Salinas school district is promoting a curriculum to stop bullying. The “upstander” encourages students to stand up to bullying as well as defend those who are being bullied. More than 800 students from the Salinas City Elementary School District, recently rallied with Salinas High School, in an effort to stop bullying. The new curriculum was also created to help students transition easier from grade to grade.
