An F-B-I representative is scheduled to be on hand Thursday evening when a meeting is scheduled to be held about the case of a 19 year-old Aptos man who is accused of taking illicit pictures and videos of the children he cared for, and then sharing those images on-line. The meeting is slated to begin at 7 p.m. at Aptos High School. Ryan Michael Spencer worked at the county’s after school program at Mar Vista Elementary School, and as a cabin leader at the Outdoor Science School.
