A 45 year-old Salinas man has been sentenced to spend more than 61 years behind bars. Tyrone Fowler was found guilty of raping a 15 year-old girl in his home, while his wife was not there. Fowler had reportedly been out on parole for a year, after a murder conviction, when committed the sexual assault of the teen.
