(18:21) SANTA CRUZ- The Santa Cruz Harbor has announced that vessel docking slip rates have been increased. At a recent Port Authority meeting a vote approved a two percent rate hike for slip rents. The rate hike goes into effect this month. The increase does not affect boat launch ramp prices.
