(10:30) Monterey – Alvarado Street will be closed on Monday, April 10th for a fallen officer ceremony in downtown Monterey. The California Police Chiefs Association will honor the lives of ten law enforcement officers who lost their lives in the line of duty in 2016. Alvarado Street will be closed from 6:30 a.m. to 12:00 noon. Alvarado Street will be reduced to one lane with restricted parking between Pearl Street and Bonifacio Place, and no parking allowed on Bonifacio Place.
