A 2nd man was arrested this morning in connection last week’s shooting in Salinas. 27 year-old Timothy Charles Hampton has been charged with first degree attempted murder for his part in the shooting outside of the Applebee’s March 27th. Hampton was booked into Monterey County Jail. The first suspect, 34 year-old Royce Curl, was arrested the night of the shooting.
