(06:55) Aptos – A man fled on foot after he lied about his identity to a deputy last week in Aptos. The incident happened last Wednesday in the Rio Del Mar Flats area. A deputy confronted Courtney Foston and Jackson Dapont, who were sitting in a vehicle. Dapont lied about his name and fled on foot. Deputies searched the vehicle and found counterfeit credit cards, a list of credit card numbers and a police scanner. Foston was arrested at the scene and Dapont currently has a warrant for his arrest.
