(05:45) Central Coast – A High Wind Watch was issued by the US National Weather Service for tomorrow evening and into Friday. South winds are expected to be 40 to 50 miles per hour with guts up to 60 miles per hour. Impacts could result in downed trees, downed power lines and difficulty driving.
