(16:06)BIG SUR- The Small Business Administration is opening an office in Big Sur this week. The disaster loan outreach center will be at the Big Sur Station, and will be open Wednesday and Thursday from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Federal disaster loans are available for businesses and homeowners that received serious damage due to recent storms. Subject to approval, businesses and private nonprofit organizations can borrow up to 2 million dollars, and homeowners can borrow up to 200,000 dollars.
