(17:45) SANTA CRUZ- The Santa Cruz County Sheriff Coroner’s office is asking the publics assistance in locating relatives of a deceased man. 63 year old William Kennedy died on Monday afternoon, after falling from his wheelchair near Pacific Avenue and Water Street.
