(10:00) Davenport – The Santa Cruz Sheriff’s office released the name of the man who fell from a davenport beach cliff yesterday. 18 year-old Neel Foon, from Hercules California, was walking with a group of friends along a cliff at Panther State Beach, when he got too close to the edge and fell. Foon fell 100 to 150 feet, and was pronounced dead at the scene
