The name of the Watsonville man, who is believed to have shot and killed his daughter and himself at Capitola Mall yesterday, has been released. 36 year-old Carlos Garcia and his daughter (who attended Mintie White Elementary School), were found fatally wounded in their family car in the parking lot near Macy’s.
