(10:50) Santa Cruz – The Santa Cruz City manager would like to hear the opinion on what the replacement for Chief Kevin Vogel should look like. A survey is available on surveymonkey.com in English and Spanish. The new chief will oversee 124 employees, including 104 sworn officers, and a $26 million annual department budget. So far only 200 surveys have been submitted. The survey will be available online for the next few weeks.
