(06:35) Capitola – A man was arrested last night after he attempted to steal prescription drugs from a pharmacy in Capitola. The incident happened around 8:30 at CVS on 41st Avenue. 20 year-old Ben Petrusich handed a clerk a note demanding a list of drugs. Capitola Police Officers reported that Petrusich tried to resist arrest and was tased. After a short struggle with officers, Petrusich was taken into custody and booked into Santa Cruz County Jail.
