(12:14) MONTEREY- A man has been convicted of lewd acts in Monterey. Authorities say that 33 year Kyle Gray sexually assaulted a 15 year old girl at a coffee shop in downtown Monterey last December. Last week a jury found Gray guilty of two counts of lewd acts on a minor. He is facing 3 years and 8 months when he is sentenced on April 6th.
