(10:35) Santa Cruz – The Santa Cruz Harbor Master confirmed that a body was recovered from the Twin Lakes State beach on Saturday. The male body was found about 10 miles off the coast at around 1:00 p.m. on Saturday. The Santa Cruz coroner’s office is currently working to determine the cause of death as well to Identify the man.
