(16:23) SANTA CRUZ- A meeting was held in Santa Cruz on Saturday in response to a proposed parking structure. More than 70 attendees showed up at the Santa Cruz Police Community Room to examine alternatives to a proposed five story parking garage. The meetings host Campaign for Sensible Transportation promoted a program that included parking fees that discourage driving, payment for commuters who carpool, bike or take public transit, free transit passes, and a marketing campaign.
