The first forum of this year’s Panetta Lecture Series comes up next week, and will focus on the Affordable Care Act. It will feature former Louisiana governor Bobby Jindal, and 2013-2014 presidential health advisor Chris Jennings. The lecture series is scheduled to begin at 7 p.m. Monday, in the Sunset Cultural Center in Carmel.
