A  sidewalk  repair  project  is  underway  in  Salinas.     The  Riker  Street  Project  is  a  third  of  a mile  long,  and runs between  Acacia  Street  and  San  Luis  Street.     The  5-week  long  project  is  expected  to  cost  approximately  146  thousand  dollars.
