1 of 2 possible shooters has been arrested. 20 year-old Noe Chavez is thought to be one of the 2 who shot and injured 4 people in Salinas February 15th. The shootings took place about 8:20 p-m that night on Soledad Street. The victims all suffered non-life-threatening wounds.
