(06:55) Santa Cruz – Deputies arrested four people for commercial burglary, identity theft and conspiracy in Santa Cruz yesterday. The incident happened in the Toy’s R Us and Marshall’s parking lot when a deputy patrolling the area contacted a suspicious man. The man was in possession of stolen credit cards and was working with 3 accomplices inside of Toy’s R Us and Marshall’s. As the three accomplices exited the stores, they were detained by Deputies. All four suspects were arrested for charges that included commercial burglary, identity theft, and conspiracy.
