(10:45) Salinas – There is a rise of unlicensed and unpermitted vendors on Salinas City streets during Valentines Day weekend. The city code enforcement officers would like to remind the public to buy from legitimate sellers and to remind vendors to follow the law. officers will issue citations if necessary and possibly confiscate merchandise. Temporary use of land permit forms and vendor information are available at the City Permit Center’s public counter at 65 West Alisal Street in Salinas.
