(07:40) Santa Cruz – The Santa Cruz Sheriff’s Department is asking for the public’s help in identifying a thief. On January 23rd a man was caught on surveillance video breaking in to a home and business on 7th Avenue. He was seen walking around the area. a picture of the thief can be found on the Santa Cruz Sheriff’s facebook page. If you recognize him, please call 831-454-7642.
