(17:55) SEASIDE- Seaside residents are being warned about a rise in burglaries. Police say that the spike in burglaries is not limited to any particular neighborhood in the city. The thieves are gaining entrance to homes through un locked entrances or by breaking windows or doors. Authorities are advising community members to lock all doors and windows turn on lights, install and activate alarm systems if possible, and to report all suspicious activity.
