The road repair bill in the Big Sur area is already millions of dollars….and that number is expected to rise with the coming storm system. Although Monterey county employees are working to repair roads as fast as they can, their resources are spread thin, and they have limited funds. To that end local officials are working to get state and federal funding…..and the Governor’s recent declaration of a State Of Emergency in the Big Sur area is expected to help.
