A 20 year-old man died this morning, in what appeared to be a solo-vehicle collision in Salinas. Abraham Jesus Requena was reportedly driving at a high rate of speed on East Boronda Road when he lost control of his vehicle, and it hit a tree head-on. Requena was declared dead at the scene of the 10:45 a.m. accident.
