(15:42) SANTA CRUZ- Caltrans is announcing an emergency roadwork closure on Highway 17 tomorrow (Sat). work crews will be closing the 2 northbound lane at Vinehill Road from 7a.m. until 4 p.m. The closure is necessary to remove mud and debris from the roadway. Motorist can expect delays of up to 30 minutes.
