(08:00) Santa Cruz – 1 northbound lane on highway 17 will be closed today. Caltrans will be installing a net wall near vine hill road in an effort to prevent further rock slides. The northbound slow lane will be closed between 9:30 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. Motorists can expect delays up to 15 minutes.
