(17:29) DAVENPORT- A Los Gatos man died after falling from a Davenport Beach cliff on Tuesday. Authorities say that shortly before 4 a.m. beach goers heard the victim’s cries for help. 58 year old D.C. McKenzie III told rescuers he had fallen 40 feet into the water. McKenzie died while being transported to a Santa Clara County hospital. Drugs and alcohol were not a factor in the death which is being classified as accidental.
