(10:00) Monterey County – The Monterey County Police Department announced the arrest totals for New Years Eve. There will 18 officers on duty. There were five accidents that involved alcohol and ten DUI arrests, there were 15 vehicle collisions with minor injuries and there were six additional arrests including two for vehicle theft, two for a stolen battery, one for an altered gun and one on an outstanding warrant.
