(07:50) Santa Cruz County – The 45-day moratorium banning commercial recreational cannabis has been extended for 10 more months and 15 days. Local leaders are in the process of coming up with ways to regulate recreational cannabis. Some of the details that are being considered are licenses, taxes, and regulations on indoor and outdoor growing as well coming up with ways to protect the youth. Local leaders expect to have firm polices by the end of 2017.
