(11:00) Santa Cruz – Two Businesses have teamed up for a pet adoption day. The event was created by Sandy Paws and Peace of Mind Dog Rescue. The event will be tomorrow at the Capitola Mercantile, 115 San Jose Avenue, from 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. There will be 25 percent off all merchandise for anyone who adopts a dog tomorrow and other specials for customers.
